What data we collect

This website sends no data to our server: the form on the Book page only prepares the message that you then open and send yourself from WhatsApp. The site requires no registration and uses no profiling or analytics cookies. While you browse, the hosting provider's server automatically logs some technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited, date and time) needed for the site to work and stay secure. This data is not used to identify you.

When you contact us

If you message us on WhatsApp, call us or send us an email, we process the data you give us (name, contact details, stay dates, number of guests) only to reply to your request and, if you book, to manage your stay and meet legal obligations, such as registering guests with the authorities. WhatsApp is a third-party service with its own privacy policy.

Cookies

This website uses no cookies. Fonts are hosted on the site itself and no content is loaded from external services. The "Open in Google Maps" button and the links to Booking.com and Airbnb take you to third-party websites, which apply their own rules.

Legal basis and retention

Technical browsing data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and kept for the period set by the hosting provider. Contact request data is processed to reply to you and kept for as long as needed; stay data for the periods required by law.

Who we share data with

Your data is never sold or passed on to third parties. It may be processed by the hosting provider, acting as data processor, and disclosed to the authorities when required by law.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format, by writing to casavacanzelafoggia@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
